“Violations of the Code of Conduct: Any of the following actions constitute conduct for which a student, a group of students, or a student organization may be subject to disciplinary action.

Possession or use of firearms, explosives, ammunition, fireworks, weapons or unauthorized possession or use of hazardous materials or dangerous chemicals on University premises.”

“No record may be destroyed when the disciplinary violation resulted in:

Violation of the firearm, explosives, dangerous chemicals, and ammunition or weaponry regulations of the University;”

“VIOLATION OF HOUSING AND RESIDENTIAL LIFE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND OUTLINED IN ETHER THE HOUSING CONTRACT OR THE GUIDEBOOK: Possession, storage or use of firearms including but not limited to bb guns and paintball guns, explosives, fireworks, ammunition or other weapons or dangerous articles or substances is prohibited. Possession of weapons may result in removal from University Housing. If you have a question on the status of a weapon, please contact Sean J. Pierce, Assistant Director of Housing & Residential Life at 561-799-8828.”

“The possession or use of unsafe items and materials or the creation of conditions on campus that are potentially injurious to life, property or are disruptive to the essential operation of the University are prohibited. This prohibition includes firearms, explosive devices, drug possession and usage.”
