“VIOLATION OF HOUSING AND RESIDENTIAL LIFE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND OUTLINED IN ETHER THE HOUSING CONTRACT OR THE GUIDEBOOK: Possession, storage or use of firearms including but not limited to bb guns and paintball guns, explosives, fireworks, ammunition or other weapons or dangerous articles or substances is prohibited.
